FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am currently based in Clewiston, FL. Travel for session packages is included up to 15 miles. After 15 miles, mileage is typically an additional $1.50/mile.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within a week. In most cases, you will receive them sooner.
Do you shoot on weekdays?
Availability on weekdays will vary by the day depending on my work schedule. Availability will primarily be on weekends.
How do i receive my photos?
Photos will be uploaded under the "Clients" tab. You will receive an email with the link to view your album when it is ready along with a download pin. You will be able to download all the photos from the gallery directly to your computer, Dropbox, or Google Photos account using the download pin. For the best quality, please choose to download your photos in high resolution.
When do I pay you?
A 50% retainer is due 2-weeks prior to the session to secure your photo session. This will ensure that I am yours for the entire 60 minutes that evening. (Please note that if you are booking less than 2-weeks prior to your session, this retainer will be due within 24 hours of booking.)
In the event that you need to cancel your session or are a no-show, this retainer is non-refundable. In the event that there is bad weather, you will have the option to reschedule the session or cancel for a FULL refund. A FULL refund will also be given in the event that I have to cancel (which is highly unlikely).
The remaining sum is due the day of the session.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept payments through Cash App, Venmo, or Paypal.
I don't have a computer - How do I get photos from my session?
If you do not have a computer/laptop, photos can also be downloaded to your phone through the digital link. USBs are available for an additional cost unless provided by the client.
How do I download photos to my phone?
If you choose to open your gallery on your phone, the same process is used to download them. Using your download pin, the photos will be downloaded to the files app, in the form of a zip file. Clicking this zip file should move them to a folder that you can then use to access the photos. Opening the folder will allow access to the photos where they can then be saved to your photo album.
